Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Include all original tags and packaging.
• Be free from stains, odors, or damage.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or customized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact our support team, and we'll be happy to assist with an exchange, subject to product availability.
